Atelier Glass Beads are a decorative, water based, acrylic gel medium that dries clear and contains a high concentration of XL size clear glass beads. The clarity allows any color underneath to show through, while the glass beads reflect light in a sparkling cascade. Use with a furniture stencil or by itself to add stunningly detailed texture to your next project. Atelier Glass Beads may be tinted with Mica Powder, Pigment Powder, paints, etc. to create an even more custom look.
One 8 oz. jar of Glass Beads can cover approximately 6 square feet by brush and 2 square feet by trowel.
You can apply Atelier Glass Beads to your next project using a brush or trowel, depending on the size of your project and the specific application. When using a stencil or tape to confine the area, remove the stencil or tape before the Beads dry. Glass beads are a water based product, so you just need to clean hands, tools, stencils, etc. with warm water before the Beads dry.
