Dust of ages is so fun to work with, very versatile. I use it to add age and definition to mouldings, highlights texture to mixed media projects and so much more. It's a must have.

Fantastic for aging plaster castings, most of which I make from antique molds. Truly beautiful results, superior to anything else I've used before.
Thank you. I'll never be without it

I worked in an Art Gallery as their in house designer for 15 years and everybody would joke that I preferred antiques “rusted and stone dusted”. Your product was just what I need for an aged look on frames for my artwork. Thank you so much

I adore redoing old frames. The dust of ages finishes off the frames and gives it the antique and historical vibe I love!

I love this step as a final touch. It does a great job of shining up the piece. This is a before and after photo collage, I would share on the before and after group but I am anti-Facebook, I was hoping it would be a page on the Amy Howard website. O'well I can share this way. This was an Ethan Allen dresser that my mom picked up in a furniture store in Philadelphia used in the early to mid 70's, so this could be a 1968-1972 Ethan Allen dresser. I have always loved this dresser and was excited when my Mom handed it down to me. It has been moved cross country 4-5 times so you can tell how banged up it was also the finish was almost practically removed just from time. This took me 8 months as I was working in-between semesters of my Master's program. I was able to apply the light, dark wax, then finally the dust of ages yesterday and put the hardware back on. I am so happy with how it turned out. I love this multi-layer antique finish, I will be doing this to the rest of my pieces. I have already scouted, lined up, and scheduled the next pieces of furniture I will be completely. Amy was right, this is highly addicting!! I hope you all find this inspiring. On to my next project..

This is a sample trim for a project, with OS black, the gold gilding kit and light antiquing wax, (which is what I had at the time) and Dust of ages.
I absolutely LOVE DOA!!! It literally turns your piece into a fine piece of furniture!!
All I want to do is find more projects to work on, so I can use it again!!

wonderful but watch where you use it, it's a little messy.

This is my practice project. Love the consistency and ease of use. Much better than old school rotten stone. It gives any project just the right amount of “old”. Glad I decided to add it to the tool kit.

Love the rich patina Dust of Ages provides. It is the finishing touch.

Dust of Ages is one of my favorite products!! It's so exciting to the see the transformation when you begin polishing. I bought this piece on Facebook Marketplace and used Amy Howard Light and Dark Wax and Dust of Ages to tone down the color of the stain around the carving, and it was the perfect solution.

I have not used it yet, but I’m sure it will perform as expected. However, I am disappointed that the jar I received looks used. It was not sealed and the top is dented and dirty. I thought of sending it back, but didn’t want to go through the hassle.

Dust of Ages really gave a beautiful antique effect to my piece after painting in OS Black.

I absolutely LOVE this product!! I will be ordering it and using it as long as they sell it!!

I used this on some small items, like planters and like it most of all the depth that it brings to your items
