BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A beautiful result starts with proper prep. Do not skip this step.

1. Clear and Protect Your Space
Lay your canvas drop cloth to protect floors and furniture. Remove outlet covers, wall decor, and hardware.

2. Clean the Surface
Use a damp wiping cloth to remove dust, grease, or residue. Make sure walls are completely dry before painting.

3. Tape Off Your Edges
Apply blue painter's tape to trim, ceilings, baseboards, and edges for clean professional lines.

4. Repair if Needed
Fill any holes or cracks and lightly sand uneven areas for the smoothest possible finish.

5. Prep Your Paint
Use the paint can opener to open your paint. Stir thoroughly with the stir stick. Do not shake. Pour into your lined paint tray for easy use and cleanup.

APPLICATION

Step 1 -- Cut In
Using your 1.5 inch tapered brush, paint edges, corners, and trim areas first. This creates a clean frame for your roller work and ensures crisp lines throughout.

Step 2 -- Roll Your Walls
Attach a roller cover to your roller handle and load evenly in the paint tray. Apply in thin, even coats using a W or M motion and work in sections for a consistent finish.

Pro tip: Do not overload your roller. Thin coats equal smoother, more professional results.

Step 3 -- Let It Dry
Manor Borne dries to the touch in 1 to 2 hours. Wait 2 to 4 hours before applying your second coat.

Step 4 -- Apply Your Second Coat
Repeat the same process for full, rich coverage. Two coats are recommended for best results.

Step 5 -- Finishing Touches
Carefully remove painter's tape while paint is still slightly tacky for the crispest lines. Touch up edges as needed with your brush. Allow paint to fully cure before heavy use.

CLEANUP

Wash your brush, roller, and tools with soap and warm water. Manor Borne is water-based so cleanup is simple. Dispose of the plastic tray liner or rinse and reuse for your next project.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was shipped. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

•  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
•  Your original order number is written on the outside of package.
•  Your return needs to have a copy of the order inside the package.
•  You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to insure it is in excellent condition, then we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less a 15% re-stocking fee and the initial shipping cost.  If the item was returned due to manufacture defect, once inspected and found defective, a full refund including shipping will be rendered.  

You will receive your credit within 10 business days from the date your return is received. This time frame may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
