CeramiCast

1. Prep your workspace with a clean, organized area and all materials ready to go.
2. Combine 3 parts CeramiCast to 1 part water and stir until smooth. If using colorants, add them now and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into your mould quickly, CeramiCast sets fast. Gently tap the mould to release air bubbles.
4. Allow to cure for 3–4 hours, or overnight for the best detail and strength.
5. Carefully unmould your cured piece and enjoy your handmade creation.

Shipping

HOW SOON WILL PRODUCTS SHIP AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Orders will ship within 72 hours of placing your order. If the products you ordered are back ordered, you will be notified.

CAN AMY HOWARD AT HOME PRODUCTS BE OVERNIGHTED?

Our products can indeed be overnighted if your order is submitted before 11:00 AM CST. Simply select the overnight option in the shipping method portion of the checkout process.

DO DISCOUNTS AFFECT FREE SHIPPING?

Orders using coupons, promo codes, or any discounts are not eligible for free shipping.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was shipped. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

•  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
•  Your original order number is written on the outside of package.
•  Your return needs to have a copy of the order inside the package.
•  You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to insure it is in excellent condition, then we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less a 15% re-stocking fee and the initial shipping cost.  If the item was returned due to manufacture defect, once inspected and found defective, a full refund including shipping will be rendered.  

You will receive your credit within 10 business days from the date your return is received. This time frame may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGES

Once you have received the items you purchased, no product exchanges are accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order due to the amount of orders that we receive.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Please note that once the carrier receives your order from our warehouse, that carrier is responsible to deliver your order undamaged and within their capabilities.
