Project #1: Erin & Pete Conner

Kitchen

The Conner's have lived in their tutor style home for seven years. With three kids, they have outgrown their tiny kitchen. A wall needed to come down, which means Meg and Joe had to save as much money as they could. Meg and Joe headed to a local auction to get pieces. By doing this, they saved the Conner's almost $5,000!

Project #2: Sheree & Kevin Steward

200 year old house

The Steward's live in an almost 200 year old house. Meg and Joe fell in love with the "gold" that was built into this historic house. They had their work cut out for them as Meg and Joe tackled almost this whole house with a $20,000 budget. In order to stay on budget, Meg and Joe highlighted old pieces and architect already in the house to save this couple $8,000!
