About One Step Paint
One Step Paint is our premium, water-based chalk-style paint that transforms furniture, fabric, and everything in between. No stripping, no sanding, no priming. It dries to a soft, chalky matte finish that's perfect for vintage, distressed, layered, and Old World looks. While decorative pieces don't require sealing, we recommend adding a wax or sealer on high-use items like dining tables, chairs, and cabinets to protect against everyday wear.
No stripping, sanding or priming.
Works on fabric & upholstery

Such an amazing color everyone started inquiring about this custom piece. I am “definitivamente” buying it again!
Lovely Greg with a hint of green- a great complement to paint the back of these embossed samples done with Party in the Grove milk paint.

This paint is magic! Goes on easy, smells good and looks beautiful! Definitely buying more for future projects.
Perfect color for my kitchen! So easy to use. Chose to seal with MYOB!
Love the paint and color!
This was my first project with the OS paint. I love how easy and beautiful it came out to be! This mirror has been in my garage for over 15 years. I tried to get rid of it and no one would take it. With Amy Howard’s OS paint I was able to restore it and use it again. Thank you!
The only problem is that I paid for a quart and got a pint.
It goes on amazingly smooth
Beautiful, rich, bold color. Is a mix of blue, green and gray. One great transformation for my piece of furniture. I am tempted in painting all of my master bed room furniture this color. Worth every penny!!
Easy application and beautiful color.
